Congregational Health Leaders – Our church health professionals are specially-trained by the University of Alabama at Birmingham to conduct various health screenings. From blood pressure checks to answering basic health questions, they are here to help.
Nurse’s Guild – On Sundays, our nurse guild is on standby to offer assistance for any minor emergencies that may occur.
Intensive Care Ministry– At New Hope, we have created a special ministry just for those who are in need of close, long-term care.
Caregivers – This group of loving, spiritually-mature counselors offer care for those recently bereaved as well as for those who are long-term caregivers. They provide solace and assistance with helping those in need to transition back to spiritual and emotional well-being.
Prayer Warriors – Our prayer warriors are spiritual giants who take confidential prayer requests and offer them before the Lord in prayer.
Matrons – Our matrons are Christian women who gather together to pray, encourage and edify each other in the Lord as they do work in the community.
To help bring awareness to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, New Hope held an all pink service where the congregation participated in showing off their pink outfits, while also being educated about the illness. Check out these photos.
